Retired Army General Officer with over 35 years of leadership experience in government and business.   Previously served as an executive in the gun shot detection and location industry.

Chief Scientist

Over 15 years of gunshot detection industry experience and extensive engineering experience.  Developed the original technology that made wireless gunshot sensors and wireless gunshot location a commercially viable enterprise.

President Overwatch GDLS

Over 30 years’ experience with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS). Alongside overseas posting as CSIS Chief of Station in Africa, to the UK and to the United States, he held leadership positions in CSIS HQ  as Chief Counter Terrorism and  Director General for Canada’s global intelligence activities.

Terry Huetter

Over 30 years experience with high growth  companies in multiple industries. Served previously in executive and senior project management positions in the gunshot detection industry. 


As the original inventors of wireless gunshot detection, our goal is simple: to provide new innovations in security by offering easier, more affordable ways to detect and locate gunshot occurrences, UAVs, and unauthorized electronic devices.
